I'm sitting at my desk looking out the window and I am a bit bummed that winter has finally decided to make an appearance. I have to say, I have really been enjoying the crazy weather El Nino has brought us this year! We have been pretty lucky but I guess it was bound to snow sooner or later ;) So while I hibernate inside and prepare for the arrival of Baby #2, I wanted to share with you a GORGEOUS maternity session that I shot back in the fall.
We had the most perfect autumn day and the fall colors were at their prime. We started in downtown Chagrin Falls since Katie and Jon had their wedding photos taken there. Then we headed over to Frohring Meadows in Bainbridge- a location I love and looks so beautiful in the fall. Katie was one gorgeous mama-to-be and looks simply stunning in her maternity photos. I just loved seeing these images in print- she ordered a canvas to go in the baby's room and it looks so beautiful. Their baby girl has since arrived and I will be sharing photos from her newborn session soon! I just finished up designing an heirloom album with both maternity and newborn photos that Jon and Katie bought to give to Baby Claire- it is going to be beautiful and it is such a special gift to give that she will treasure forever. So, more to come from this family but for now enjoy the maternity shoot- one of my favorites of the year!
I just love a little laugh- this photo shows so much happiness :)
This photo is so stunning. It's definitely one of my favorite images of the year- if not of all time! Love it!
Aren't they so cute?!
